Handling Time
- Orders are handled within 1 weekday (Monday to Friday).
Transit Time
Once shipped, transit times are:

Note: Transit time includes shipping only. Processing time and handling time are additional. Weekends and public holidays are not considered weekdays.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can track your shipment via our Track Your Order page.
Undeliverable Packages & Address Issues
- Please ensure your address is complete and accurate at checkout.
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery can be reshipped for a flat handling fee.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them.
- After this period, the order may already be processing and changes are no longer guaranteed.
- To request a change, please contact us as soon as possible at support@Vita-relia.com.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost the first time. Please report any delivery issues within 5 days of the expected delivery date by emailing us at support@Vita-relia.com.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
- For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply upon arrival.
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.
- VisioVance is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
